President – The PSO president provides leadership to the PSO, its committees, and executive board.  He/she presides at all PSO related meetings, performs such duties as may be prescribed in the bylaws or assigned by the organization or executive board, and coordinates the work of the officers and committees of the organization.

Vice President – The vice president of the PSO serves as an assistant to the president and performs the duties of the president in the absence or inability of that officer to serve.  The vice president automatically accepts a vacancy in the president’s office for the remainder of his/her term.  No election is necessary. 

Treasurer – The treasurer of the PSO has custody of the funds of the organization and maintains a complete and accurate account of receipts and expenditures.  In accordance with the provisions in the annual budget adopted by the organization, the treasurer makes disbursements as authorized by the President, executive committee/board, or the unit membership.

Secretary - The secretary records the minutes of all meetings of the organization and executive board, maintains a current copy of the bylaws, maintains a membership list, and performs such other delegated duties as may be assigned.
